D-Link GLB-502T ADSL 2+ Router Configuration for BSNL DATAOne

Please keep your D-Link Quick installation Guide handy while configuring and installing your D-link ADSL2+ Router GLB-502T.

Set your IP as 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask as 255.255.255.0
Default gateway as 192.168.1.1

Preferred DNS server to 192.168.1.8
Keep Alternate DNS Server blank

Open the Internet Explorer Enter http:/192.168.1.1
a login Screen will appear in IE.

Login with Username "admin" and Password as "admin" (both username and paswword are same i.e. "admin")

Now Go to SETUP menu
Select New Connection Enter a Name for Connection for e.g. "BSNL"
Select Type to Bridge (for BSNL DATAOne)
Keep VPI to be 0 (ZERO) and VCI to be 35
Click on Apply.

Go To TOOLS menu and select System Commands.
Choose Save All and then click on Restart.
Log Out Safely and try to connect via Dialer.

If you could not get connected then restart the Router once and then try it again.

If still you are not able to connect restart the router and the PC as well by Power ON method.

Go to http://192.168.1.1 again login with admin and check whether the Setting are stored properly or not.
Otherwise you need to reset all the connection again with the same procedure.

Hope this will help you while configuring your ADSL router with BSNL DATAOne.
